Why do you need my credit card information to redeem a voucher?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel/change your cleaning appointment at any time by logging in to your account. However, there is a $70.00 cancellation fee if you cancel after 5:00pm the day before your clean is scheduled.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you are not happy with your clean, contact us by calling 1300 991 368, or emailing support@www.calibrecleaning.com.au and we will schedule a re clean free of charge within the following 7 days.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We do not store any of your credit/debit card details. Our booking form is secured by 256bit SSL encryption. We use Stripe.com, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

In the off chance that something unforeseen occurs during your clean (e.g. broken items, missed areas in the cleaning, etc.) please contact us as soon as possible. We will all broken items are replaced, and free re-cleans will be rescheduled within 7 days of your clean.
